CNC Turning
With turning capacity ranging from 2mm to 200mm diameter, Clear Cut Components is sure to have the right machine for the job! In addition due to our constant investment in new technology we are always looking to stay on the cutting edge by utilising the latest twin spindle twin turret Mill/Turn centres so your component is finish in a single operation.
CNC Milling
To Complement our turning capacity a range of Vertical Milling Machines with capacity of up to 1060 x 600 x 600mm and featuring auto tool changing and high speed (12K) machining and tapping options, combine this with microloc modular clamping systems and pallet changers no matter what the component we have it covered
Materials & Traceability
We have extensive experience in machining a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous metals and plastics. A range of materials are held in stock to cater for our customer's requirements, minimizing lead times and ensuring reliable delivery all of materials are sourced from quality approved suppliers, from verified and vetted sources and with our Material control systems all parts can be traced from you through all production and sub contracted services back to the supplier or mill the raw material came from. Certificates of Conformity and mill certificates can also be provided on request.

Our quality department inspects components throughout the manufacturing process and can provide Initial Sample Inspection Reports,
Certificate of Conformity and Test Certificates for any product.
All products are issued with batch numbers which provides total traceability back to the raw materials, the machine it was made on and even the person who made it.
We are on the top quality lists of most of our customers, many of whom are long standing or come through personal recommendation.
